The role focuses on preparing detailed estimates for high-end residential projects, analyzing drawings and bids, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in estimating or 5+ years in luxury residential construction, or a relevant degree, with strong attention to detail and communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in estimating or 5+ years in high-end residential construction or related degree.
• Strong understanding of residential building systems, materials, and costs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction.
• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure accuracy in all estimates.
• Help refine and develop internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and track cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors.

What you'll do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction
