Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Special Inspections Technician I to perform inspection and sampling duties under the supervision of a registered engineer. You will collect soils, concrete, and other materials, monitor contractor activities, and prepare daily reports for the project engineer.
The role requires outdoor work on construction sites in all seasons, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Certifications will be pursued within stated timeframes.

Special Inspections Technician I
As a Special Inspections Technician I for Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE), you will work under the immediate supervision of a registered professional engineer. You will collaborate with site managers and engineers to perform required inspection or sampling services, collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing, and continuously monitor general contractor activities. Your responsibilities include onsite testing, reporting of earthwork and soil construction, foundation/subgrade evaluation, reinforcing steel, concrete placements, masonry, and asphalt testing. You will also accurately prepare daily reports for submission to the assigned project engineer, summarizing test results and detailed construction site observations.
