Job summary

This role requires 2+ years of PM experience with metrics, strong storytelling in dashboards and executive updates, and excellent collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders across offshore partners.

Qualifications

• Engineering background to partner with technical teams.
• Stakeholder management for client-facing communication.
• Strong documentation skills with PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Flexible to sync with offshore teams in Poland and India.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).
• Nice to have AI strategy experience for transformation planning.
• Supply chain operations knowledge across design, plan, source, make, deliver.
• Experience with Buganizer for defect tracking and triage.
