Job summary

Jobot in Houston is seeking a leader to drive EPC execution for major energy projects. You will establish the project framework, coordinate cross-discipline teams, and take ownership of scope, cost and schedule.

You will mentor engineers, engage with customers and suppliers, and push innovative solutions while supporting the transition to lower-carbon energy infrastructure. This role offers strong accountability and opportunities across offshore, LNG, power, and full EPC delivery.

Qualifications

• Actively licensed with a local engineering governing body where required by law.
• Strong understanding of cross discipline work, interfaces and sequencing.
• Experience in project management, risk management, quality, procurement or construction.
• Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Establish the project framework for delivering engineering and design, providing cross discipline coordination and supervision by directing project execution activities for one large or several smaller projects.
• Own the engineering plan and the project scope, cost and time requirements, coordinating the disciplines to ensure project success and taking corrective action on issues, staffing, scope changes or other events affecting completion and profitability.
• Participate in project execution strategy and planning, driving innovative solutions and methods to effectively work out of sequence, and plan and monitor inter discipline quality including squad checking.
• Support constructability, operability and maintainability reviews, resolve issues with site personnel, and may provide or lead on site support for construction, commissioning or turnover.
