Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a detail-oriented professional to update and maintain drawings, specs, and logs, and to prepare document distributions for subcontractors. You will support CPM scheduling, RFI and submittal processing, and data input for labor cost reports, ensuring accurate project documentation.

The role requires reading plans, strong English communication, and independent judgment. Drafting and basic estimating skills are desirable; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Effective written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting.
• Drafting and computer skills desirable.
• Basic estimating and scheduling skills desirable.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs
• Prepare document distributions to subcontractors
• Maintain document logs
• Assist with maintenance and updating of CPM schedules
• Assist with determining weekly labor production quantities
• Assist with processing submittals
• Maintain submittal log
• Assist with processing RFI’s
• Maintain RFI log on CMS system
• Maintain expediting log
• Assist in project filing system maintenance
• Input data for labor cost reports and field quantity surveys
• Assist with Affimative Action program documentation
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
