The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Water team, participating in the planning, design, and execution of water/wastewater projects for public and private sector clients.

What You'll Do

Being part of our Water team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of professionals across ms consultants. The role involves designing water and wastewater treatment plants, distribution and collection systems, among other projects. Responsibilities include developing engineering studies and reports, performing calculations, creating detailed designs using modeling software (AutoCAD/Plant3D/Revit), overseeing construction administration, and modeling water systems. We're looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

Specific Work Will Include

• Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility Design
• Water Conveyance System Design – watermains, booster stations, and storage tanks
• Collection System Design – sanitary/stormwater gravity sewers, lift stations, stormwater pump stations

What You'll Bring

We have a variety of projects coming through the door, so we are looking for someone with versatility and the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects and priorities. If you are a creative problem solver, willing and able to communicate design ideas and learn office production workflow in a collaborative team environment, then this role is for you. Candidates should:

• Excel while working individually and, in a team environment
• Have exceptional critical thinking, strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have knowledge of various modeling software (AutoCAD/Plant3D/Revit)
• Experience in planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field from an ABET accredited college or University
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or able to obtain within 6 months.
