Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering or a related field from an accredited university in the United States.
• Experience working successfully on teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in self-perform Water Infrastructure Construction.

Responsibilities

• Get outside and work on dynamic construction jobsites, not stuck behind a desk.
• Own real responsibility: purchase, procure, and manage vendor materials and subcontractor work packages.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, tradespeople, and vendors across disciplines.
• Grow fast with mentorship from industry leaders and a clear path forward.
