Job summary

Ulliman Schutte Construction, LLC in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Project Engineer to support our water infrastructure projects on dynamic construction sites. You will collaborate with engineers, managers, tradespeople, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Engineering/Management or related field, plus strong teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Engineering or related field from a US-accredited university.
• Experience working successfully on teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in self-perform water infrastructure construction.

Responsibilities

• Get outside. Dynamic mix of indoor and outdoor work on fast-paced construction jobsites.
• Own real responsibility: purchase, procure, and manage vendor materials and subcontractor work packages—often involving water treatment equipment worth millions.
• Work with great people: build relationships with engineers, managers, tradespeople, subcontractors, and vendors; collaboration is core.
