Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Engineer to join our collaborative water and wastewater team delivering high-impact projects across multiple offices. You will crunch design calculations, coordinate with cross-office teams, and support client and community outcomes.

You will lead portions of design work, prepare reports and plans, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while working independently and with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• PE license (PE or P.Eng) required.
• Experience executing technical studies and designing water-focused projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; accountable for results.

Compensation

$67,000 – $134,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
