Job summary

HDR seeks a Project Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering high-impact water and wastewater projects. You will crunch design calculations, coordinate across offices, and support client success and communities.

Responsibilities include leading portions of design work, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations while working with multiple offices and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience executing technical studies, analyses, and designing work for water‑focused projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for results.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and with a team to complete tasks.
• Commitment to employee‑owned culture.

Compensation

$67,000 – $134,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
