Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Engineer to join our collaborative team delivering impactful water and wastewater projects in the United States. You will crunch design calculations, coordinate across offices, and support clients and communities with technical reports and analyses.

You will lead portions of design work, prepare plans and specifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams across offices.

Qualifications

• Experience executing technical studies, analyses, and design work for water-focused projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for results.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to complete tasks.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Compensation

$67,000 – $134,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
