Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate flow of technical information between the management team, customers, and subcontractors for steel projects. You will build strong relationships with internal and external clients through clear verbal and written communication.

The role requires reviewing drawings and BIM models, coordinating shop and erection drawings, and supporting project schedules and detailing efforts across multiple facilities and sites.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred college degree in construction/engineering.
• Experience with structural steel projects and BIM coordination is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and BIM models for accuracy and resolve missing information with stakeholders.
• Plan project sequencing and prepare shop and erection drawings.
• Guide detailers to prepare models and drawings per project standards.
• Monitor submittals, approvals, and fabrication releases and flag delays.
