Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Current engineer license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from design through completion.
• Carry out feasibility studies and draw up blueprints meeting specs.
• Assess risks, materials, and costs.
• Provide advice and resolve emerging problems.
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations.
