About the Opportunity We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer with 3-5 years of progressive experience in building design to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting projects using state-of-the-art structural design software. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural analysis using engineering first principles across a wide range of building types and materials
• Design gravity and lateral load resisting systems for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures in compliance with the International Building Code (IBC)
• Advance project designs through coordination, detailing, and drawing production
• Provide guidance and direction to junior project staff, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the design and construction phases
• Prepare clear and concise technical reports and design documentation
• Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observation visits
• Maintain adherence to schedule, budget, and project goals
• Perform additional related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a structural emphasis preferred

• Licensed in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
• (Advanced degrees may count toward experience)
• Working knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC)
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

• ETABS
• Revit Structure

Bonus Experience

• Post-tensioned concrete design experience is a significant plus
