Job summary

The Beck Group in Atlanta seeks an entry-level Project Engineer to support project teams with administration, documentation, and procurement. You will help manage materials, identify gaps in subcontract scope, and price change orders while learning from senior staff.

You will work under supervision on a range of trades, engage with subcontractors and owners, and grow expertise in integrated project delivery and construction technology within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant construction experience or college graduate with a relevant degree
• Internship in architectural/construction field is a plus
• Fundamental understanding of project documents

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, maintain, and understand construction drawings and project documents
• Develop and manage submittal logs and RFI logs
• Review and expedite shop drawings and submittals
• Use project management software for project setup
• Assist in obtaining project closeout documentation
• Follow safety standards and collaborate with team
