Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience working on public works projects with both field and office responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills needed.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• A valid Driver's License is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs and track production operations and materials.
• Track subcontractor work and prepare progress estimates.
• Write and manage RFIs and Submittals.
• Coordinate with project superintendents on daily schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
