Job summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Project Engineer to drive manufacturing capital projects and process improvements in Research Triangle Park, NC. The role focuses on scheduling, governance, and cross-functional execution to support the world’s largest trading card production operation.

The candidate will build dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, MS Project, and Excel, while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, IT, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting engineering projects, manufacturing operations, capital projects, PMO functions, or project management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, Planner, Smartsheet, Kanban, or similar project management applications.
  • Strong analytical, project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing project schedules, dashboards, reports, and governance documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure project success.

We're looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Research Triangle Park, NC. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
