You will contribute to procurement, quality checks, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring safety and accuracy on site. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience in project coordination, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relocation may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
• Procurement of construction materials
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Survey and project layout
• Weekly progress photos for reports
• Manage construction equipment
• Safety management
• Project estimating
