Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, and safety is required.
• Knowledge of design codes and government regulations including NFPA 36, NFPA 61, OSHA, and EPA is preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects impacting multiple departments is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility safety activities and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Conceptually design and perform feasibility studies for new projects.
• Manage outside consulting engineers/contractors and coordinate activities.
• Develop equipment specifications and prepare construction bid packages.
• Ensure project schedules and cost projections are achieved.
