Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction means & methods.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site management to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Manage RFI and submittal process from creation through close-out.
• Track job-cost codes and resolve project-related accounting items.
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and close-out documents.
• Coordinate subcontractor insurance and compliance paperwork.
