Las Vegas Paving Corporation is seeking a Concrete Division Project Engineer / Intern to support project managers and superintendents, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure concrete scope is scheduled, approved, procured and installed safely per contract documents.
The role combines office duties and on-site field work, with duties including RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, quotes, scheduling for Div 03, and cost analysis to optimize performance.
Position: Concrete Division Project Engineer / Intern
The Project Engineer's primary responsibility in the concrete division is assisting the project managers, project superintendents, and coordinating with project stakeholders to assist in project delivery. The project engineer makes sure that all items within the concrete scope are scheduled, approved, procured, and installed safely and per contract documents.

Full time salary position, 50 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
Hours could fluctuate depending on project time frames etc.
Intern Hours will be based on coursework load and times available. This will be coordinated with supervisor.
This is an office position and also an onsite field position combined. You will be expected to complete office work, but also to perform site visits to review and resolve issues on the jobsite. This requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials, equipment and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Position also requires the ability to work in outdoor elements, operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces.
Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
