• Coordinate with team surveying, geotechnical, structural engineering, and electrical engineering subconsultants.
• Coordinate with internal QA/QC reviewers, financial analysts, and administrative assistants.
• Engage associate‑level engineering staff on team in design activities to promote growth in their skills through work delegation, quality reviews and backchecks and mentorship.
• Assist the project management team in updating / tracking schedule progress and estimating and tracking project costs.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner, responding to client questions and requests and escalating to more senior team members when appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Texas‑Licensed P.E. certification.
• This position will require some local travel/field work for site inspections and meetings with client site representatives and construction contractors.
• Excellent writing/verbal communication skills for interaction with multi‑disciplinary staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Excellent organization and design planning skills.
• Self‑starter, detailed oriented, and finisher.
• Proficient in using typical business software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Adobe, etc.).
• AutoCAD/GIS operating knowledge is preferred.
