Quiddity is seeking an experienced Municipal Project Engineer to join our civil engineering team serving North Texas. You will lead design efforts, manage project teams, and act as a technical resource across public infrastructure assignments, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple project teams, communicating with clients and agencies, and overseeing scope, schedule, and budgets. A Texas PE and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • 5+ years of design engineering experience on municipal/infrastructure projects in Central Texas.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Municipal Project Engineer to join our growing civil engineering team serving North Texas. This role is ideal for a licensed engineer (or soon to be licensed) who enjoys managing a mix of municipal infrastructure and utility projects, working closely with city and county clients, and contributing to the growth and success of public works initiatives throughout the region.

As a Project Engineer, you will lead design efforts, manage project teams, and serve as a technical resource across a wide range of public infrastructure assignments. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of civil engineering services.

Responsibilities
  • Apply standard engineering methods and techniques to moderately complex engineering and construction assignments.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas.

  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer is a plus.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
