Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Construction Assistant Project Manager required.
• Previous experience in multi-family construction preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to create required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation such as subcontracts and RFIs.
• Coordinate with project operations for information transfer.
• Conduct construction document reviews for constructability.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills
