Job summary

You will obtain vendor quotes, coordinate installation, and develop training and safety documentation. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cost reduction, and adherence to food safety standards within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years leadership in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years experience with Engineering Projects Management or Execution.
• Technical system analysis, CAD, and process improvement capabilities.
• Familiarity with OSHA and FDA regulations and permitting requirements.
• Experience with process equipment in food manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare capital project documentation, layouts, budgets, and schedules.
• Work with finance and production to provide operational and financial analysis.
• Obtain quotations from equipment suppliers and contractors for projects.
• Manage project installation and startup activities across sites.
• Prepare training, safety, food safety, and maintenance documentation.
• Lead cost reduction or continuous improvement initiatives as directed by Engineering Manager.
