You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and vendors to implement plant improvements and expansions.

You will contribute to energy efficiency and reliability while supporting equipment commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of engineering experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with schedule and budget adherence.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and expense projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and funding requests.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to implement plant improvements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting process and automation challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in energy efficiency, reliability, and capacity.
