Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Avon, NY manufacturing facility. You will lead projects from concept through implementation, developing scope, budgets, and schedules while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include technical leadership for processes and equipment, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost savings and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 0–3 years engineering or project engineering experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation and closeout.
• Develop scope, specifications, timelines, budgets, and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage schedules and costs.
• Provide technical leadership to manufacturing operations and quality teams.
