Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Orlando to support field activities and assist the Project Manager on multiple projects. You will help manage cost, schedule, procurement, and quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic construction software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and approve monthly billing and earned value reports.
• Develop and manage project schedules for small to mid-sized projects.
• Analyze cost data, job cost summaries, and project reports.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Manager on resource allocation and project changes.
• Prepare procurement plans, purchase orders, and coordination with suppliers.
• Assist in project turnover, as-built records, and final documentation.
