Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience managing capital projects involving new equipment or systems required.
• Experience dealing with contractors and vendors.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for machine runoffs and vendor activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new processes, equipment, and assembly systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors to ensure on-time project launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and design engineering to integrate systems.
• Specify tools, jigs, and fixtures and provide daily troubleshooting/support.
