Job summary

val's services, based in Texas, seeks a Lead Project Engineer to oversee complex system integration on airborne platforms. • Experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Knowledge of engineering processes, policies, and bid/proposal development.
• Expertise in aeronautical, software/hardware, or systems engineering roles.
• Leadership experience such as Task or IPT Leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
