Job summary

Knutson Construction in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a motivated Project Engineer Intern. You will learn from industry professionals, support day-to-day project tasks, and gain hands-on experience on real-world construction projects.

This paid internship runs Monday to Friday and provides mentorship and exposure to project management processes. We welcome students currently enrolled in a relevant degree program and offer opportunities for future employment based on performance.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist department managers and team members with day-to‑day tasks and projects.
• Conduct research and collect data to support decision‑making processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance processes and operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to expand your knowledge.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

• Respond to and complete all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

• Knowledge of and proficient in the use of personal computers and related Microsoft software.
