Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern in Kansas City to support the project team in completing designated projects and learning construction industry processes and Ryan policies.

You will gain hands-on experience with budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders, and job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety while working a full-time schedule for a three-month term.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management or related field, within 18 months of graduation.
• Able to work 40 hours/week for at least three months.
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Clear oral and written communication.
