Responsibilities

  • Completing jobsite documentation including RFIs, change orders, and QA/QC.
  • Managing jobsite logistics like office supplies and badging paperwork.
  • Coordinating deliveries of equipment and materials.
  • Assisting with assembling estimates and budgets.
  • Supporting subcontractor and vendor management.
  • Attending project meetings and preparing notes.
  • Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Assisting with craft productivity tracking.

Job description

Location: Bend, OR Wage: $25 per hour

Project Engineer Intern

The Project Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the project management and project engineering teams while collaborating with colleagues to complete a project throughout the internship. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
  • Managing jobsite logistics, including office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
  • Coordinating deliveries of equipment and materials
  • Assisting with assembling estimates and budgets
  • Supporting subcontractor and vendor management
  • Attending project meetings and preparing meeting notes as needed
  • Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Assisting with craft productivity tracking
