Job summary

Apollo Mechanical Contractors in Seattle is seeking a Project Engineer to support a project management team. You will handle jobsite documentation, logistics, equipment deliveries, budgeting, subcontractors, meetings, and schedules.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. You must communicate clearly, multitask under deadlines, and adapt quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) is expected; this is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

  • Manage subcontractors and vendors.
  • Attend project meetings.
  • Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Update project schedules.
  • Craft productivity tracking.

Overview

The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with the following tasks including but not limited to:

  • Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
  • Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
  • Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material
  • Assemble estimates and budgets
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Attend project meetings
  • Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Update project schedules
  • Craft productivity tracking
