Job summary

Enerfab has an opening for a Project Engineer in Asheville, OH to support the Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects. You will assist in planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and scheduling to ensure seamless project delivery.

Collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, Procurement and Field Operations to develop scope, timelines and budgets, while managing risk, quality, and contract administration and maintaining effective client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in estimating, project coordination, or construction management.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret budgets, estimates, and cost reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Estimating department to prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; monitor milestones and mitigate schedule risks.
• Work with Quality Control to ensure activities meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; address change orders and unforeseen challenges.
• Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders; provide regular status updates.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and maintain project records.
• Assist in reviewing and managing project contracts.
