STRUCTURAL in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Project Engineer for our Career Development program. This in-office role focuses on mastering construction skills across scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality control, and client relations as part of our growth-oriented PECD pathway.

You will join a team that develops leaders through mentorship and hands-on projects in the Southeast Florida region, offering pathways into management, estimating, and construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Minimum one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PECD program to develop construction skills.
• Gain experience in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and safety.
• Support quality control and client relations activities.
• Assist with field resource management and project coordination.
