Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in North Las Vegas, NV seeks a Project Engineer II to manage capital equipment projects from order through shipment. You will review requirements, develop design plans with Design Engineering, and prepare submittals and manufacturing documents to ensure a smooth, on-time completion.

You will schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical activities, oversee testing, and liaise between departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and keep projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 3+ years of related experience in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Experience with 3D CAD and design for prototypes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in project planning and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital equipment projects from order to shipment and documentation.
• Review requirements and develop design plans for engineering.
• Prepare submittals and manufacturing documents to ensure on-time completion.
• Create and revise CAD models and BOMs.
• Coordinate with design, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor schedule, progress, and cost, and report milestones.
