Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Engineer II to join our shared services team in Tempe, AZ. You will independently develop engineering documentation, review designs for accuracy and codes, and support cost-effective changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in engineering or coordination.
• Proficient in CAD and design tools.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage systems including security, access control, fire alarm, AV.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and produce complete engineering documentation packages meeting project specs and company standards.
• Review and verify design accuracy, ensuring compliance with codes and customer requirements.
• Assist with change orders and value engineering by analyzing design alternatives and collaborating on practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders to integrate revisions and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Perform technical reviews and quality checks on engineering deliverables to minimize errors.
