Job summary

You will support planning, budgeting and issue resolution across manufacturing, coordinating across IPTLs and ESTO leadership to ensure on-time delivery of parts and processes.

Qualifications

• BS STEM degree required or higher.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the ESTO IPTL to provide on time resolution of non-conforming material
• Monitor planning and managing the budget for all impacted hardware and tasks.
• Provide planning, coordination and tracking of open issues in the supply chain requiring Engineering support, including QNs, Deviations, Engineering Changes (Class2s), Engineering First Piece Reviews, Product Recall Investigations and various Manufacturing process improvement tasks
• Support IPTs inside and outside ESTO to ensure rapid responses to critical issues
• Track manufacturing issues and nonconformances to develop and execute proactive improvement plans
• Identifies and addresses project problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Support IPTs to create Prepare status and technical content to IPT Lead(s), ESTO Leadership and other Pratt & Whitney leadership
