Ecolab is seeking a Project Engineer II for our Philadelphia, PA plant. The role leads capital projects, process improvements, and equipment installations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
The position emphasizes Lean initiatives, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and vendors to drive manufacturing excellence.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Engineer II to lead and support capital projects, process improvement initiatives, equipment installations, and manufacturing optimization efforts at our Philadelphia, PA plant. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and external vendors to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
