Job summary

MissionStaff is seeking a Project Engineer II to oversee critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania. You will lead capital improvement initiatives, ensuring sustainable water systems that serve local communities, with extensive travel in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, 5+ years design experience, and a PE license or plan to obtain within 12 months.

• 5+ years of design experience focusing on water and wastewater projects.
• P.E. license or intent to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency in CAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel across multiple counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania, including occasional overnight stays
• Ability to perform fieldwork, including site visits and physical inspections
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
