Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong document control and file management skills.
• Experience with RFIs and submittals.
• Ability to review drawings and create markups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Create and maintain project folders and document-control records.
• Prepare submittals and process RFIs with the PM.
• Create/release work packages in Tekla EPM and manage drawings/material data.
• Check drawings and route corrections; support cross-functional teams.
• Follow up with QA, PM, and Production on dispositions and actions.
