Candidates hired will begin their first 2.5 years at Pratt & Whitney as part of the Engineering Development Program (EDP). This program consists of three rotations that are 12 months in duration and typically occur in three distinct disciplines within the hiring department. The intent of our EDP is to offer breadth & depth in various technical experiences through challenging positions available in our organizations.

Selected candidate will be automatically enrolled in the P&W Engineering Development Program (Rotational Program within P&W).
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and dependent upon a variety of factors including , but non limited to , individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
