Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HVAC projects. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, commercial construction, project management, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage and supervise HVAC projects from conception to completion.
• 2. Prepare and submit RFIs, change orders, and project schedules.
• 3. Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and other construction professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
• 4. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• 5. Ensure all HVAC systems meet company standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• 6. Conduct site inspections to ensure the project is executed as per the plan and schedule.
• 7. Identify potential project risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• 8. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• 9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• 10. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as required.

Qualifications:

• 2. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer, specifically in mechanical industry and commercial construction.
• 3. Proficient in project management software and tools.
• 4. Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and air conditioning.
• 5. Strong understanding of MEP.
