Project Engineer – MEP That’s Actually Interesting

Most MEP roles have you stuck on rinse-and-repeat design work. Same ducts, same templates, same arguments about vent placement. This isn’t that.

This role gives you variety – greenfield and retrofit, commercial and residential, even the occasional industrial job to keep things spicy. You’ll work on projects that actually try to make buildings better: safer, more efficient, and a lot less carbon-heavy.

You’ll be designing HVAC and full MEP systems in Revit and AutoCAD, running your own load calcs (not just copy-pasting old ones), and working closely with architects and construction teams to get things built properly.

What you'll actually do:

• Engineer HVAC and MEP systems that don’t just tick boxes
• Dive into decarbonization projects that mean something
• Use Revit, AutoCAD and your own common sense to create efficient designs
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to make sure things run smoothly
• Support energy audits and turn data into design opportunities

What you'll need:

• Actual experience designing mechanical systems for buildings
• A mechanical engineering degree (PE or working toward it is a nice bonus)
• Revit and AutoCAD skills sharp enough to build with
• Solid grasp of HVAC systems and energy efficiency principles
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing the plot
