Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC in Houston is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the technical liaison between local operations, engineering teams, and high-rise contractors. You will bridge post-tension design, shop drawing reviews, and field support to ensure structural integrity and efficient execution.

In this role you will coordinate workload with regional teams, assist estimating, review shop drawings with AutoCAD and Bluebeam, and resolve field deviations on active high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• BSCE or equivalent with high-rise construction experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of direct involvement with high-rise projects.
• Experience with post-tensioned systems and concrete frames.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management with contractors and engineers.
• Coordinate regional post-tension workload with operations.
• Support estimating with take-offs and cost insights.
• Review shop drawings and field placement drawings using AutoCAD/Bluebeam.
• Provide on-site technical support for PT systems.
• Liaise with regional technical office and CAD detailers.
• Evaluate designs for value-engineering opportunities.
• Resolve field conflicts between PT and other trades.
• Review field stressing logs and PTI standards.
• RFI & change order processing with design team.
• Lead pre-con meetings and coordinate pour breaks.
