Job summary

Suncoast Post-Tension, a Keller company, seeks a Project Engineer to bridge local operations, engineering teams, and high-rise contractors. You will oversee post-tension design prep, shop drawing reviews, field support, and coordination across project lifecycles to ensure structural integrity and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of high-rise construction experience, strong communication, and PT/ACI knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural/Construction Eng or equivalent high-rise experience.
• 2–5 years direct involvement in high-rise construction projects.
• Experience with concrete systems, post-tensioned decks, and forming/shoring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships with general contractors, engineers, and concrete subs.
• Coordinate post-tension workload with local plant operations for timely deliveries.
• Assist estimating with take-offs and cost estimates from drawings.
• Review shop drawings, pour layouts, tendon profiles using AutoCAD/Bluebeam before submittal.
• Provide field technical support and resolve on-site issues related to PT systems.
