Job summary

Central Consolidated, Inc. in Garden City, KS is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. You will help prepare schedules, coordinate with construction projects, and support client development and relationships.

Work with Project Managers and crews to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, prepare and distribute documents, and manage onsite timecards and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Construction Industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are important.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Prepare and distribute all approved job documents to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit O&M’s and closing documents to GC’s and Owners upon job completion.
• Timecard completion for crews.
• Support communication between PM and Foremen.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Garden City, KS team!

Yearly Salary:

• Up to $75,000 (Central Consolidated reserves the right to offer any candidate above or below the listed compensation amount based on experience or business needs.)
