Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, application engineering, or project engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Preferred: experience with Autodesk Inventor and food processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, map layouts, set production timelines, and establish locations for complex equipment.
• Act as central hub between Sales, Design, Electrical Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Monitor budgets, source components from external vendors, secure customer approvals on drawings.
• Oversee QA and equipment testing; support Field Service for on-site installation and wrap-up.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track to ensure satisfaction.
