Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
• Work Experience as Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore.
• Willing to travel and relocate near the project location.
• Ability to obtain an Employer‑Sponsored U.S. Government Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers throughout all phases of construction, including pre‑construction/design phases.
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Review and manage design documents for constructability and distribution to client & subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule, including monthly updates and progress tracking.
• Process change orders and manage scope changes between the client, subcontractors, and designers.
• Assist in securing vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs and assist with budget management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate with the owner and security officers for base access and ensure proper clearance.
• Document meetings, tracking actions and decisions.
• Manage submittals and RFIs.
• Support QC inspections and ensure project quality standards.
